Consumer Insights • Brand Strategy

Marketing Strategy • Innovation • Culture Deep Dives

Two things about me: Cultural anthropology is my jam. Technology fascinates me.

While I am big-picture thinker, I know success in today's digital world demands getting your hands dirty. My passion for helping brands discover their beliefs and purpose is only served when I can develop integrated strategies that allow those ideas to come to life in culture and in the marketplace.

I'm a rare type of strategist. I started my career in project management and account service, which gave me the insight into what clients need to achieve their business goals. But my years of experience as an account planner allowed me to dig into consumer culture to create marketing strategies that help brands innovate and find creative white space to thrive in the future.

Because I love what I do, I am a part-time lecturer at Texas State University. I've judged the North American Effies and AAF's National Student Advertising Competition.

I was born in Dallas, raised in the suburbs by Lake Ray Hubbard. I was a lucky kid; we went out on the lake at least three times a week, often after school. Skiing, fishing, and driving as fast as we could across the water punctuates my memories. I am still an outdoorsy kind of girl, but now I like to go hiking, downhill skiing, and camping. A boat of my own is on my list.

From an early age, I was deemed the IT department in the house. I hooked up the VCRs, cable boxes, and the Apple IIc. I am still the IT tech in the home I share with my husband and daughter. We probably have more devices, apps, and storage networks than we need. I look at it this way: This world is too exciting not to play a little.

My life wouldn't be as happy as it is without my husbandand my daughter. Together we make a great team.
